Pitta Pizza Pockets 🍕

Ingredients: (makes 4)
4 mini pittas
50ml passata
Tbsp tomato puree
Pinch of oregano
30g grated mozzarella
Tsp butter
Pinch garlic granules
Pinch mixed herbs
Method:
Mix the passatta, tomato puree & oregano together, cut open your pittas and spread the passatta mixture inside then add your mozzarella cheese.
Melt the butter & mix the garlic granules & mixed herbs in with it, spread the garlic butter on top of your pittas and pop in the air fryer at 180c for 4 minutes
