Please note: Items marked Final Sale or Mystery Bundles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must submit your return request within 14 days of your delivery date.
• Your return parcel must be posted within this 14-day period.
• As we use a 48-hour tracked returns service, we allow up to 20 days from the original delivery date for your parcel to reach us.
Returns received after 20 days from the delivery date will be refused.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• With tags attached and in original packaging
• Free from makeup, tan, perfume or marks
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return (UK Orders)

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid returns label.
A £4 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
Please ensure your parcel is posted within 14 days of delivery. We allow up to 20 days from your delivery date for your return to arrive back with us.
International Returns
Please email info@jluxefit.co.uk to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
International customers are responsible for return postage and any customs duties or taxes. These costs are non-refundable.
Your parcel must be sent within the 14-day return period, and we allow up to 30 days from delivery for it to reach us.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item or size and returning the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with an update.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days after your parcel reaches us for processing, plus additional time for your bank or card provider to release funds.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us straight away with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
