J.LUXE.FIT is a female-owned business that was created by founder and entrepreneur, Jordan Lansdown when she was aged just 22 in late 2020.
"I was bullied because of my weight and has always been a big struggle for me. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with a condition called Graves’ disease which not only meant I had to have my thyroid removed but it also effected the muscles in my body which caused my eye to push out of the socket. This hade a huge impact on my confidence.
Getting back into fitness after multiple operations I struggled to find activewear that actually fit. Most brands stopped at XL, and that just wasn't cutting it. Flimsy sports bras, leggings that just wouldn't stay put. It was seriously not fair that I was not represented in this industry – so it was time for a change!
In late 2020 I started the brand with the dream of changing the industry to become size inclusive for all women, encouraging them to feel confident, empowered and supported. I wanted women to be able to look at JLUXE and see and feel represented. Showcasing real life, real women & real stories."
The J.LUXE.FIT activewear collections are designed with our customers in mind and inclusivity is at our core.
We are committed to using ‘real’ women as models, to represent our community and help our customers visualise themselves in our products and buy with confidence.
Driven by one of Jordan’s personal goals, we have recently reached a huge milestone by launching a collection of activewear that includes sizes up to XXXL. This was the next step for our inclusive sizing strategy and we won’t stop there in our mission to develop Inclusive activewear that actually works.
